Salam Blaney, P.E. has a Master's Degree in Structures and Foundations from the University of Central Florida and over 10 years of experience in commercial, residential, retail, educational, and industrial design.  He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Florida and a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC).  Mr. Blaney's diverse experience includes high-rise, large volume warehouse facilities, car dealerships, shopping plazas, classroom buildings, pedestrian bridges and office buildings. Mr. Blaney was the engineer of record for the award winning Harbor Shops Retail Plaza located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Harbor Shops was recognized by the Tilt-up Concrete Association for its excellence in tilt-up panel design.
