A new 204,037 square foot, 17 story mixed-use building.  There are six floors of parking and nine floors of class A office space.  The building is constructed using post-tensioned slabs and beams at garage levels and pan-joist system at office levels.  Utilizes cast-in-place concrete columns and shear walls.
